01 Is Salahly free?
Yes. Prayer times, prayer logging, reminders, qibla and basic streaks are free forever. Premium only adds convenience, deeper insight, and social features — and a one-time Lifetime option and sadaqah tip jar help keep the app free for others.
02 How are prayer times calculated?
Times are computed on-device using established calculation methods with high-latitude handling, auto-mapped to your region. You can adjust the calculation method in Settings. For exact precision, follow your local trusted authority.
03 I'm not receiving prayer reminders.
This is almost always a device permission or battery-optimisation setting. Make sure notifications are allowed for Salahly, disable battery optimisation/“deep sleep” for the app, and use the test button in Settings → Notifications to confirm delivery.
04 How do I restore my premium purchase?
Open the app → Premium → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.
05 How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your data, with the purge completing within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
06 I manage a mosque — can I list or update it?
Yes. Mosque managers can be given a verified mosque-admin role to manage their listing, iqamah times, and activities (all changes are reviewed before they go live). Contact us to get set up.
